These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Levi's Desk application (“Levi's Desk,” “the app,” “we,” “our”) operated by Alamo Consulting Group. By creating an account or using Levi's Desk, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Levi's Desk. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your login credentials confidential. You must notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Levi's Desk for business purposes, subject to these Terms.
You retain ownership of all data and content you create, upload, or connect through Levi's Desk, including email data, documents, and other materials (“Your Data”). By using Levi's Desk, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and operating the app's features. We do not claim ownership of Your Data.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect accounts and share data through the application.
Levi's Desk allows you to connect third-party email accounts to sync, organize, and manage email within the application. By connecting an account, you authorize Levi's Desk to access, retrieve, and process data from that account in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect any connected account at any time through the application settings.
You agree not to use Levi's Desk for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the application. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app, other users' accounts, or our systems.
Levi's Desk uses automated systems to classify, organize, and extract information from content within the application. These features are provided as-is and may not always produce perfectly accurate results. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any automatically processed content.
We strive to keep Levi's Desk available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss of data or interruption of service.
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
Levi's Desk is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alamo Consulting Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.
We are not responsible for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, hosting failures, natural disasters, or actions of third-party service providers.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alamo Consulting Group and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of Levi's Desk, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the application. Your continued use of Levi's Desk after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
