Levi's Desk is operated by HNC Enterprises LLC. This policy describes how we handle your information when you use our application.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Levi's Desk, we collect account information needed to create and access your account, such as your name and email address.

If you connect email accounts, the application accesses email messages, metadata (such as sender, recipient, subject, and date), attachments, and folder or label information. This data is used solely to provide the features of the application, including email organization, classification, and business workflow management.

If you connect financial accounts via Plaid, the application receives bank account information including account and routing numbers, account balances, transaction history, and account holder identity information from your financial institutions. This data is used solely to provide reconciliation, dashboards, and financial workflow features within the application.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve Levi's Desk. This includes providing core features such as email management, classification, task tracking, document organization, and business workflow tools. We do not use your information for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Your Data Stays Yours

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or content. Your data is used exclusively to provide and operate the features within Levi's Desk and is not used for advertising or marketing purposes.

We do not use user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

4. Limited Use of Connected Account Data

Levi's Desk's use and transfer of information received from email provider APIs and financial data providers (including Plaid) adheres to applicable platform policies, including limited use requirements. Specifically:

  • We only use connected account data to provide and improve user-facing features that are visible and apparent in the application.
  • We do not transfer connected account data to third parties unless necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, required for security purposes, or required by law.
  • We do not use connected account data for serving advertisements.
  • We do not allow humans to read connected account data unless authorized by the user, necessary for security purposes, required by law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

5. Third-Party Services

Levi's Desk uses trusted third-party service providers to host, store, secure, and process data necessary to operate the application. These providers only receive the minimum information required to perform their services and are obligated to handle data securely and confidentially. Third-party providers process data only to perform application functionality and do not use it for their own purposes.

6. Use of Plaid

Levi's Desk uses Plaid to securely connect to financial institutions and retrieve account, balance, transaction, and identity information. Plaid acts as a service provider and processes data solely to enable these connections. Plaid's privacy practices are described at plaid.com/legal.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information using industry-standard practices, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, mandatory multi-factor authentication, and secure access controls. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we are committed to safeguarding your data.

8. Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration of your account to support business continuity and historical reference. You may disconnect email accounts at any time, which removes authentication credentials. Account deletion and data removal can be requested by contacting us at the email below.

9. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may disconnect any connected email account through the application settings. When you request account deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed within a reasonable time.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the application. Continued use of Levi's Desk after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
