What is Levi's Desk?

Levi's Desk is a private, internal business management tool built and operated by HNC Enterprises / Safeko. It is not a public application. Access is restricted to authorized employees of HNC Enterprises and its subsidiaries (MOR Plastics, AGE Manufacturing, Thermo Plastics).

What data we access

Levi's Desk connects to users' email accounts (Gmail and Microsoft Outlook) to sync, classify, and organize business email. The application accesses:

  • Email messages (read, send, and modify)
  • Email metadata (sender, recipient, subject, date)
  • Email attachments
  • Email labels and folders

How we use the data

Email data is used exclusively for internal business operations including email triage and classification, invoice and payment tracking, vendor and customer communication management, and task extraction. All data is stored in a private database accessible only to authorized users within the organization.

Data sharing

We do not sell, share, or distribute email data to any third parties. Email content is processed by AI classification services (Google Gemini for classification, Anthropic Claude for advanced features) solely for the purpose of organizing and categorizing business email. No data is retained by these services beyond the immediate API call.

Data storage and security

All data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL). OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Access to the application requires email and password authentication with mandatory two-factor authentication (TOTP). All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit.

Data retention

Email data is retained indefinitely for business continuity and historical reference. Users can disconnect their email accounts at any time, which removes OAuth tokens but preserves previously synced data. Account deletion can be requested by contacting the system administrator.

Contact

For questions about this privacy policy or data handling practices, contact the system administrator at the organization.
